LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) method
The LSP method is mainly used in the RRC7013 integration course of the DESS program in resilience, risk and disasters. People are invited to reflect on their career path and on their main achievements in terms of knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills. The course takes place over 1 session of 6 hours.
The method is also used to carry out a mid-term review. This activity enables people to reflect on their place in the cohort and on teamwork.
